Miers and Intellectual elitism

Funny how a woman who became one of the first women to head a major law firm in texas is somehow "unqualified" for the supreme court. Let me see, if you aint an Ivy Leaguer, I guess you're unqualified. Looking on the bios of the supremes, 2 of the 9 were non-Ivy league. Now, I know that's not the most damning evidence, but It's good enough for me.
