This is still 7 years out and they have an extensive EV charging base. I would like to see if this pans out.
TBH, Newsome and taxing exorbitant profits is ostensibly a win for the public good. However, what would be better is to find out HOW MUCH exorbitant profit is and take confiscate that. Taxes are good and all, but if you're cheating, manipulating, then those profits are "ill gotten gains".
