just thought i'd let you know, I'm back.

i'm still here

Just wanted to check in with you all. I been doing a lot of work and stuff so not much to write about.

I am going to be attending an Advanced Spatial Analysis class in a few weeks at UC Davis. Its a one day one on ARcHydro and Spatial Analyst. Considering I took spatial analysis a few years ago, i'm hoping this will help me out on the ARCHydro side. That is a neat little program for delineating basins, catchements, strahler order streams etc.

Anyone use Mind Mapping software? I just stumbled upon this http://freemind.sourceforge.net from my boss at work. Apparently it is a proggie that helps with organization and getting your work done.I just installed this puppy so I'll come back in a week or two (or three) and give ya'll an update.

How is it that Plame gets basically removed from her job, yet no one knows how her cover was blown?

Funny how a woman who became one of the first women to head a major law firm in texas is somehow "unqualified" for the supreme court. Let me see, if you aint an Ivy Leaguer, I guess you're unqualified. Looking on the bios of the supremes, 2 of the 9 were non-Ivy league. Now, I know that's not the most damning evidence, but It's good enough for me.
